Who Qualifies

For-profit businesses that are 51% or more LGBTQ+ owned and operated and based in the United States qualify for certification.

Be at least fifty-one percent (51%) owned, operated, managed, and controlled by an LGBTQ+ person or persons who are either U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents. Exercise independence from any non-LGBTQ+ business enterprise Have its principle place of business (headquarters) in the United States Have been formed as a legal entity in the United States (source: NGLCC)

How to Get Qualified

To get started, you will need to visit my.nglcc.org and begin to create your business profile. NGLCC will ask you basic questions to learn more about you and your business.

When you start your profile, a member of the NGLCC supplier diversity team will reach out to you to submit supporting documents and help you along the way. They will also put you in touch with a https://keystonebusinessalliance.org site visitor from KBA to complete your site visit to verify the information you provided and get to better know your business. Once the site visit is complete, your completed application will be reviewed by the National Certification Committee, which meets monthly to certify businesses.
